The WJ Silver Maintenance Plan is our most economical plan, perfect for equipment already covered by manufacturer’s warranty. It provides yearly annual service for your furnace or air conditioner, keeping you comfortable, safe and running efficiently.

  • 10% discount on all repairs and parts and IAQ products
  • 5% discount on replacement systems

*To qualify for the WJ Silver Maintenance Plan a FREE inspection (not annual maintenance) will be performed on the unit. The heating or cooling unit must pass the inspection to qualify for this plan.

WJ Gold Maintenance Plan...

The WJ GOLD Maintenance Plan helps you control the cost of maintaining your heating and cooling equipment. As they continue to keep you comfortable, safe and operating efficiently.

  • Pay monthly or annually
  • An annual maintenance tune up on covered equipment
  • 15% discount on all repairs and parts and IAQ products
  • Your repairs and parts are covered up to $500.00 per calendar year during regular business hours, Overtime calls are subject to an extra charge.
  • 7% discount on replacement systems
  • 24-7 emergency service
  • Monthly pre authorized payment plan

  • Your repairs and parts are covered up to $1,000.00 per calendar year.
